Why I write. 

 

The reality is, when I think about my hospitality journey, I immediately remember when It was a simpler time. I did things for fun, without any social media, pandemic or financial pressure. 

 

Even in the beginning of what became Paradise cove was organic. I would write for leisure. I would speak my truth. It was authentic.

 

2 years later Paradise cove closed, I just wrote my book and through the two combined, remembered the love I had for sharing my story through words. Under less stress. So, that's exactly what I will do. Every post will be a chapter. So let’s start with Chapter 1.
